Job Description & Requirements:
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP Pending compliance
- Employment Type: Contract
- 2+ Years of experience required in Home Health role
- Active MA RN license, BLS, OASIS and HCHB experience required
- Additional mileage reimbursement!
