Planet Healthcare is looking for an Inpatient Rehab RN in the Neenah, WI area.
Shift: 12 hours, Variable Shift (0530-1800, 1730-0600), 36 hours per week, weekends and holidays as needed. Potential for call - 45 min response time

Job Description & Requirements:
  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks
  • Start Date: ASAP Pending compliance
  • Employment Type: Contract
  • Minimum 3 years experience REQUIRED, Minimum 2 years rehab experience REQUIRED
  • Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred
  • Desired Skillset: Experience in an acute or subacute rehab setting or medical background with the following patients: Brain injury, Spinal Cord injury, Trauma, Stroke Debility, Amputations
  • Unit Overview: 12 bed unit. Average census 7-8 with 2 RNs 24/7. CNAs work 8hr days or 8hr PMs. NOCs is staffed with 2 RNs only from 2130-0530.
  • Patient Types: Stroke, Brain injury, Spinal cord injury, Debility, Amputations, Cervical myelopathy. Patiens must receive 3hrs of therapy per day 5 days per week to qualify for our rehab unit. We work closely with therapy and patients have a daily schedule.
  • Patient Ratio: 1:6 if unit is full, typical ratios are 1:5
  • Primary Case/Procedure Types: No procedures. We do take trach patients, PEGs, wounds, IVs/Central Lines, Admin blood. No IV push BP meds or drips
  • No travelers who are coming from a staff position at a facility or their home is located within 50 miles radius of Neenah, WI Campus - No new travelers
  • Active WI/Compact RN license and AHA BLS
