Job Details
Location: Peoria, IL - Known for its rich history, cultural attractions, and beautiful riverfront.
Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: June 2, 2025
End Date: September 1, 2025
Shift: 12-hour nights
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
Estimated Weekly Salary: $2130 - $2190
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year ICU experience recommended
EPIC experience necessary
Active RN License in Illinois
BLS Certification
ACLS Certification recommended
Responsibilities
Perform vitals, full assessments, and I/O at least every 4 hours
Manage patient care, including emptying foley catheters and monitoring fall risks
Utilize EPIC for computerized charting and medication systems
Collaborate with PCTs for patient care plans and activities
Ensure all patients are turned or repositioned every 2 hours
Participate in bedside report and purposeful 4 P rounding
Float to other cardiac stepdown units, adult general medicine units, or ICU as needed
