Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts
Shifts per Week: 5
Guaranteed Hours: Typically 40 hours per week (5 8 hr days); 36 guaranteed
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: June 30, 2025
Estimated Weekly Salary: $1500 - $3540
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Home Health RN
OASIS and HCHB experience required
Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
