Job Details
  • Location: Cleveland, OH
  • Duration: 13 weeks (June 30, 2025 - September 28, 2025)
  • Shift: Rotating day/night shifts; 12-hour shifts
  • Weekly Hours: 36 hours
  • Estimated Weekly Pay: $2360 - $2420
Job Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Stepdown or similar unit
  • Experience with telemetry and surgical oncology preferred
  • Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:4-1:5 during the day and 1:6 at night
Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Stepdown unit
  • Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including telemetry monitoring
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
