  • Shift: Day Shift
  • Shift Duration: 8-hour days
  • Shifts per Week: 5
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Estimated Weekly Salary: $1500 - $3540
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hospice Registered Nurse
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
  • Experience with OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate hospice care to patients in their homes
  • Manage patient care plans and coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Conduct assessments and monitor patient progress
  • Educate patients and families about hospice care and support available
  • Ensure compliance with all health regulations and standards
