Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,744 - $1,938
Location: Bedford/Bloomington, IN
Start Date: July 28, 2025
Shift: 8-hour days, Monday to Friday
Duration: 13 weeks
Job Requirements
Minimum of 12 months of Home Health RN experience within the past 3 years
Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase)
Experience with OASIS documentation
Active Indiana or Compact RN License
Current BLS certification
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures
Document patient care and progress accurately and timely
