Job Requirements
  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a psychiatric unit
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Document patient information and care provided accurately and timely
