Job Details
  • Location: Cleveland, OH
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
  • Estimated Weekly Salary: $1910 - $1960
  • Start Date: March 10, 2025
Job Requirements
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an orthopedic or similar medical-surgical setting
  • Strong commitment to patient safety and quality care
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide care to medical/surgical adult inpatients, focusing on orthopedic, neuro-surgery, and trauma patients
  • Enhance the patient experience through effective pain management, proactive rounding, and bedside handoff
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
