Join our healthcare team as a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist in Easton, MD. This travel role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional home health care services, focusing on patient recovery and well-being in their own homes.
Job Details
  • Location: Easton, MD
  • Shift: Day shifts
  • Shift Duration: 8-hour days
  • Shifts per Week: 5
  • Guaranteed Hours per Week: 36
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks
  • Start Date: July 14, 2025
  • Weekly Salary: $1500 - $3540
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • At least 6 months of experience in a Home Health setting
  • Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB required
  • Current Maryland Physical Therapist licensure
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation
Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
