Job Details
Location: Fort Wayne, IN - A vibrant city known for its rich history and welcoming community.
Start Date: June 16, 2025
End Date: May 31, 2028
Shift: Nights, 9 PM - 6:30 AM
Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1350 - $3180
Pay Range: $26.71 - $40.06 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree required
Successful completion of NAACLS accredited Clinical Laboratory Science program
Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist
Visual acuity and color discrimination
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
Perform medical laboratory tests accurately following established policies and procedures
Maintain clinical instruments and develop new tests and instrumentation
Train and provide guidance to laboratory co-workers
Participate in committees and projects to enhance laboratory functions
Ensure continuous readiness for laboratory inspections
