Job Description
Planet Healthcare is looking for a Hospice RN in the Winfield, IL area.
Shift: 8 hours, Days Shift, 40 hours per week

Shift: 8 hours, Days Shift, 40 hours per week
Job Description & Requirements:
- Assignment Length: 12 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP Pending compliance
- Employment Type: Contract
- Previous Hospice RN experience (12+ months within last 3 years) - Required
- HCHB experience - Required
- Active IL RN license, and BLS - Required
- Additional Mileage Reimbursement provided while on assignment for home visits
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Wednesdays. The other days can be determined prior to start. No on call required.
