Join our healthcare team as a skilled Cardiac Catheterization Lab Radiology Technician for a 13-week travel assignment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment and gain valuable experience in a short-term acute care facility.
Job Details
Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: 08/26/2024
Shift: 4x10-hour shifts, 07:00 - 17:30
Location: Travel position, candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility
On-Call: 2-3 call days during the week
Weekend Requirement: 2-3 weekends
Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care
Total Staffed Beds: 244
Charting: Cerner
Scrub Color: Blue (provided)
Parking Cost: None
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in a Cath Lab setting
Must have x-ray skills and RCIS certification
Pending state license accepted, must be active by start date
First-time travelers accepted
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab
Operate radiologic equipment to produce images of the heart and blood vessels
Assist physicians during procedures
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
