Shift: Days 40 per week

Job Description & Requirements: COVID vaccine required + booster - Medical exemption acceptable Flu vaccine required - medical exemptions are acceptable 8H days, 40 hours/week, 5 days a week 8-4:30 and every 3rd weekend Required Master of Social Work degree from an accredited school of social work State of Massachusetts licensure as an LCSW or LICSW Preferred Two years of healthcare social work/case management experience CCM or ACM (Commission for Case Management or American Case Management Association) NASW membership NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) Orientation is weekly (every Monday barring a holiday) NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as TRAVEL, perm or per diem within the last year will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for one year to be considered.
