Job Description
 MS/Tele RNs - 12 hr Nights - Chicago, IL
**Auto Offer Unit**
NO RTO OVER 7 DAYS ACCEPTED
Contract Length: 13 weeks
·Start Date: ASAP (Bi-weekly orientation)Â
·Guaranteed Hours: biweekly guarantee - 60/72 hours – 1 cancellation allowed per 2-week period
·Primary Location: Humboldt Park Health, Chicago, IL
·Shift Requirements: 12 hour Nights -  NO BLOCK SCHEDULE REQUESTS
Weekend/ Holiday: Every other weekend/Holiday rotation
·Float Requirements: Float to Tele if needed. May be floated to other units and tasked as an aid for additional support. *Will know at beginning of each shift what floor they assigned to*
·On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
·Required Certifications: Active IL RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
·Minimum Experience: 2+ years  & must have completed 1 successful travel contract (required). Â
·Charting Experience: Meditech preferred - mandatory Meditech training must be done in complianceÂ
·Required Skillset: Perform phlebotomy. Need to be able to read and interpret strips.
·Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio):  24 bed   1:7 patient ratio
·Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
·Scrub Colors:  Royal Blue
COVID BOOSTER Vaccination is required unless medical/religious declination is applicable. Declination must be approved by committee prior to start date.
GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed. 12 hours non-billable orientation.
